·The session fee includes Stacey's time and talent and is due at the time of the session. It does not include any prints with the exception of certain said specials. The session fee is non-refundable, but may be applied to one rescheduled session. A credit card number is required to reserve your session time. It will not be charged until the day of your session, and you will be given the option to pay with cash or check instead. If you simply do not show up for your session, your card will be charged for the applicable session fee.

·If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will re-schedule as our calendar permits. The session fee will be due at the time of re-scheduling if it has not been previously paid.

·All sessions are scheduled by appointment only.

·If we must cancel the session for any reason, we will offer you the opportunity to either re-schedule or receive a full refund.

·Screenings are scheduled within 10 days of your session. Portrait selections are made during your screening appointment. Additional screening appointments are available as our schedule permits. Paper proofs are available and shown during your screening appointment. They are not sent home for the purpose of viewing to place orders. If they are purchased during your screening, or if you have a $325 print order and receive the proofs at no charge, you may take said proofs home after your screening. All proof purchases are final. All orders must be signed at the time of your screening to ensure accuracy.

·Any paper proofs that are either not purchased or not obtained with a $325 print purchase will be discarded. The digital files will remain at the studio and may still be ordered from at later dates.

·Color sessions and black and white sessions are done separately and therefore must be purchased separately.

·All portraits, 11x14 and larger, are mounted and lacquer coated. All portraits are retouched, removing minor blemishes. Additional charges may apply for more extensive retouching. Original proofs include minor retouching. Glass glare is not considered minor retouching, but may be removed for an additional fee.

·One half is due when your order is placed with the balance due upon receipt of your order. However, if your order total is less than $75.00, the full amount is due when the order is placed.

·Prices are subject to change without notice. To benefit from current pricing or specials, orders and reorders should be placed within 30 days of your screening. Reorders are available subject to current pricing.

·Prints are non-refundable due to the nature of the item.

·6% Kentucky Sales Tax is applicable on all orders.

·Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted.

·Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be completed. All sales are final.

·The studio is open by appointment only.

·Cameras, camcorders, or recording devices of any kind are not permitted during your photographic session.

·All images remain the property of Captured Moments by Stacey and are protected by federal copyright laws. Copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited.
