·Usually 6-7 days after your session, we will call to set up your screening appointment. Anyone that might be purchasing will need to come with you. You will view a custom created digital slideshow and then you will have a hard copy of your proofs to spread out, look at, and decide what you would like to purchase. You must decide what you would like to purchase at that time. This appointment takes approximately and hour to an hour and a half to complete.

·Please be on time for your sales appointments. While you will have plenty of time to view your images, please be respectful of me and other clients that may have sessions or appointments after you.

·Although children are welcomed, the images are presented digitally which required that the room be totally darkened and they may become restless. You may find it to your advantage to make other arrangements for your children so that you may focus your attention on viewing your images.

·We do not send the proofs home. Any proofs that you purchase, you may take with you immediately, or, if your printorder totals $325 or more, you receive all of your original proofs at NO CHARGE, and you may take all of the proofs with you at that time.

·The CD slideshow is available for purchase for $75. It also comes as part of the Heirloom Package. You will be unable to print images off of this CD. All images are copyrighted by Captured Moments by Stacey. It is illegal to copy, print, or scan them. The slideshow CD is an executable program and is for viewing in the slideshow format only.

·You will receive your finished prints approximately 2-3 weeks after you place your order. It may be slightly longer during the holidays.

·A deposit of fifty percent is also due at the time of your screening appointment with the balance being due when you pick up your order. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
