Captured Moments by Stacey began in March of 2004 and has quickly grown from Stacey's garage, to a new, fully-digital residential studio in August of 2005. Stacey's love for both children and photograpy has developed into a style of children's photography that is unique to the area. She specializes in maternity and individuals children's portraiture with a style that is classic and timeless, yet real and fun. Stacey insists on little to no posing in the studio, and with the help of here mom, Yvonne, is able to capture the essence of each individual child's spirit. Maternity is a new venture for the studio, and Stacey quickly realized that she has a flair for this type of photography, as well. Her maternity images are cutting edge, yet stunningly beautiful, showing that she is able to capture the beauty of children before they were even born.

Stacey has been honored several times for her photography work with children, including the 2007 Best of Show award from Children's Photographer's International, the 2006 and 2007 Buyer's Choice Award from Children's Photographers International and the prestigious Kodak Gallery Award. She has also been awarded with numerous print merits from both Children's Photographers International and Kentucky Professional Photographers Association. She continues to expand her knowledge with her memberships to Children's Photographers International and both the national and state levels of Professional Photographers of America.

Yvonne is an invaluable asset to Stacey in the studio. She assists in the camera room, and with Stacey is essential in the process of capturing the most precious moments.
